The Sixth Sense (1999)
Where to Watch
- Unlike modern films, the massive explosion sequence in The Sixth Sense used zero CGI. The crew spent three weeks setting up the practical rig for a single take.
- Despite a very rocky opening weekend, The Sixth Sense went on to gross over 5x its initial budget thanks purely to incredible audience word-of-mouth.
- The most famous, quotable line in The Sixth Sense wasn't actually in the script; it was completely improvised by the actor on the third take.
