Third-Party Data and APIs:

TMDB (The Movie Database): This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. We rely on TMDB for movie metadata, posters, and cast information.
Wikipedia: Certain plot summaries or trivia elements may be sourced from Wikipedia. Such content is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License (CC BY-SA 3.0).
Posters and Trailers: Movie posters and promotional trailers remain the intellectual property of their respective studios and creators. They are used on this Site under the principles of fair use for informational and review purposes.

5. User Conduct

By using ThumbScore, you agree NOT to:

Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or spiders to indiscriminately harvest data or mass-download content from the Site without explicit permission.
Attempt to bypass or interfere with any security features, rate limits, or CDN protections (e.g., Cloudflare) protecting the Site.
