Aaron Abrams has also written and produced several films, most notably the Netflix hit comedy The Lovebirds starring Kumail Nanjiani and Issa Rae. He was a regular on the television series 'Slings and Arrows' (The Sundance Channel), 'The State Within' (BBC), and 'Runaway' (CW). Abrams is best known for writing and starring in the controversial film Young People Fucking in 2007, for which he won a Canadian Comedy Award in 2009. It is one of the highest grossing Canadian films of all time, staying in Canadian theatres for over 16 weeks.
