The film's centerpiece was a motorcycle jump off a cliff in Norway — Tom Cruise, 60 years old during filming, rode a motorcycle off a 4,000-foot cliff and parachuted to the ground, performing the stunt six times in a single day. The sequence required over 500 skydives during 13,000 motocross jumps in training and was the most dangerous stunt in the franchise's history.
