Best Free Horror Movies on Pluto TV

Horror is the genre that critics misunderstand the most. They want elevated, metaphorical trauma-dramas, while audiences usually just want to be scared out of their minds. When you're looking for a horror movie, trusting the Tomatometer is a guaranteed way to end up watching a slow-burn snooze-fest.

Pluto TV is free and ad-supported, with a solid selection of horror movies. The catalog rotates, but right now there's some genuinely good stuff available at no cost.

This list is ranked entirely by the audience. Whether it's a terrifying slasher, a supernatural haunting, or psychological horror, if it delivered the scares, it scores high here.

Every movie on this list is completely free to stream and ranked by ThumbScore — the percentage of everyday people who liked the film. No subscriptions needed, no hidden costs.
