Best Free Horror Movies on Fandango at Home

Horror is the genre that critics misunderstand the most. They want elevated, metaphorical trauma-dramas, while audiences usually just want to be scared out of their minds. When you're looking for a horror movie, trusting the Tomatometer is a guaranteed way to end up watching a slow-burn snooze-fest.

Fandango at Home, once Vudu, streams these horror movies free with ads, no subscription needed. These are the ones audiences rated highest.

This list is ranked entirely by the audience. Whether it's a terrifying slasher, a supernatural haunting, or psychological horror, if it delivered the scares, it scores high here.

Every movie on this list is completely free to stream and ranked by ThumbScore — the percentage of everyday people who liked the film. No subscriptions needed, no hidden costs.
