Action movies live and die by their set pieces. Audiences don't need a critic to tell them whether a car chase was exciting or a fight scene was brilliantly choreographed — they felt it. That's why audience scores are the only honest measure of an action movie's quality.
Tubi is completely free (with ads) and its action library is shockingly deep. Most people don't realize how many great movies are sitting on Tubi right now, ready to stream without spending a dime.
Whether you're in the mood for explosive blockbusters, martial arts masterpieces, or tense action-thrillers, this list delivers the films that real people watched and rated highest.
Every movie on this list is completely free to stream and ranked by ThumbScore — the percentage of everyday people who liked the film. No subscriptions needed, no hidden costs.
