Best Free Action Movies on Roku Channel

Action movies live and die by their set pieces. Audiences don't need a critic to tell them whether a car chase was exciting or a fight scene was brilliantly choreographed — they felt it. That's why audience scores are the only honest measure of an action movie's quality.

The Roku Channel is another hidden gem of free streaming. Their action selection includes a mix of classics and underrated gems that cost absolutely nothing to watch.

Whether you're in the mood for explosive blockbusters, martial arts masterpieces, or tense action-thrillers, this list delivers the films that real people watched and rated highest.

Every movie on this list is completely free to stream and ranked by ThumbScore — the percentage of everyday people who liked the film. No subscriptions needed, no hidden costs.
