The Best Family Movies on MGM+

Family movies have the hardest job in cinema: they need to entertain kids AND not bore adults to death. When they pull it off, the audience scores are sky-high. When they don't, everyone in the room suffers.

MGM+ streams much of the MGM and United Artists library. These are its family movies that audiences rated highest.

These are the family films that worked for everyone — genuinely entertaining movies the whole household can agree on.

Every movie on this list is ranked by ThumbScore — the percentage of everyday people who liked the film. No critic gatekeeping, no algorithmic manipulation. Just real audience verdicts.
