The Best Animated Movies on Disney+

Animated movies consistently score higher with audiences than almost any other genre. It makes sense — animation studios spend years perfecting every frame, and the results speak for themselves.

Disney+ has a more curated library than most platforms, but that doesn't mean every animated movie on there is worth your time. This list shows you which ones audiences actually rated highest.

These are the animated films that audiences loved most. Family-friendly classics, anime masterpieces, and adult animation all ranked together by real viewer scores.

Every movie on this list is ranked by ThumbScore — the percentage of everyday people who liked the film. No critic gatekeeping, no algorithmic manipulation. Just real audience verdicts.
